Captain Peake is a human found at Honor's Stand in the Southern Barrens. He is the warden of the orcs that remained at Honor's Stand and is described by his captives as a monster.[1] One such prisoner is Oltarg, who wants his eyes as revenge for blinding him.
Abilities
Blind — Blinds the target, causing it to wander confused for up to 3 sec. Any damage caused will remove the effect.
Deadly Poison — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 10 sec. for 30 sec.
