Captain Jekyll is an elite quest giver located at the Eastpoint Tower in Hillsbrad Foothills. He starts a series of quests similar to the Ring of Blood entitled the "Durnholde Challenge". He provides players with an item called 
[The Durnholde Challenge], which contains descriptions of each of the combatants but serves no actual purpose. There is no achievement associated with his quest chain.
Additionally, Jekyll reveals that the battle at Dun Garok was extremely bloody, with the dwarves outnumbered 10 to 1. The area is now haunted, and he sends adventurers to investigate. There they find Captain Ironhill's Ghost.
He led the defense of the tower during the Legion invasions.

Notes and trivia
- He seems to be wearing the level 60 Horde paladin PvP armor set with some slight modifications to account for the bones sticking out everywhere.
- His name is presumably a reference to Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, although it is unclear how this relates to him.
