Captain Hartford is a member of the Ashvane Trading Company and the commander of The Siren's Call in Vol'dun. Randall Redmond asks adventurers to murder Hartford in exchange for the code to the captain's lockbox. Redmond claims that this is because he plans on deserting the company and will be hunted down by Hartford should he find out[1] but after Hartford's death, Redmond admits that it was actually so that he could climb the ranks of the company and take Hartford's place as the captain of The Siren's Call.[2]
Abilities

Shiv — Shivs the target with a poison-coated knife, inflicting Nature damage and additional Nature damage every 1 sec for 5 sec.
