Captain Halyndor is an undead human aboard the sunken Intrepid frigate in the Lost Fleet area of the Wetlands. He was a captain in Kul Tiras' Third fleet when he was alive.
He holds the key to the Intrepid's strongbox, which contains the 
[Cursed Eye of Paleth].
Abilities
Curse of the Eye — Curses an enemy with the Eye of Paleth.
Planked — Knocks an enemy down, causing slight damage and stunning it for 1 sec.
Ward of the Eye — Gives the caster 25% chance to reflect harmful spells for 6 sec.
