Captain Bramblebeard is a human ghost located at Ironclad Cove in Deadmines. To reach the ghostly captain, Outlaw Rogues must bring their 
[Parrot Cage (Green Wing Macaw)] to the Ghostly Parrot below the tower.
The captain was the leader of the crew that inhabited the cave before the Defias Brotherhood took over and killed him and his crew.
