The Cache of the Legion is a "chest" found in the Mechanar, one of the 4 instances in Tempest Keep. It is located next to the elevator that leads to the second floor, and unlocks after defeating Gatewatcher Gyro-Kill.

Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): The Cache of the Legion now unlocks when Gatewatcher Gyro-Kill is gyro-killed.
