Abilities
Fixate — Causes an enemy to fixate upon the caster and increases the caster's attack speed by 30% for 5 sec. While the caster is fixated upon the target, the caster is very reluctant to attack anything else.
Binding Shot — Breaking the tether of Binding Shot will stun the target for 5 sec (3 sec PvP).
