Cabal Executioners are orcs found in Shadow Labyrinth.

Abilities

Execute — Attempts to finish off a wounded enemy, inflicting 120% normal weapon damage. Execute can only be used on enemies that have 20% or less health.
Whirlwind — Attacks nearby enemies in a whirlwind of steel that lasts 2 sec. and inflicts additional damage.
