The Bucket of Water is provided as an objective for 
[7-30] Astranaar's Burning! by Sentinel Thenysil in Astranaar in Ashenvale.
She asks Alliance adventurers to use the bucket to put out the fires around Astranaar, caused by Horde bombardment.
Notes
- Use the bucket to create a green targeting circle, then left-click to throw the bucket onto a fire.
- The bucket is instant cast and can be cast while moving.
