Brono Goodgroove is a level 51 elite quest giver located just outside the neutral goblin port of Bogpaddle in the Swamp of Sorrows. He is in the center of a "completely spontaneous" party on the beach, surrounded by Bogpaddle Beach Bums and Beach Bunnies. He appears to be part of an elaborately staged promotion for 
[Silversnap Ice].
Unlike most goblins in the town, he and his fellow surfers are affiliated with Booty Bay.
