The Book of Binding: The Mad Witch is looted from the Whispering Book Binding found at ^{[27.3, 56.7]} on the top floor of the Gromit Hollow in the Windswept Aerie in Korthia.

It starts the quest  [60] Book of Binding: The Mad Witch after players have completed the  [60] What Must Be Found quest in the "Archivists of Korthia" quest chain during the Chains of Domination campaign.
