Boneslag is a ogre that appears at Lunarfall and Frostwall.
After building the level 3 Gladiator's Sanctum, you will have a quest giver come to the gates of your garrison. Completing 
[40P] Call of the Gladiator will make Boneslag appear.
Boneslag allows you to battle in the Coliseum. You no longer need to go to the entrance of Highmaul.
