Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Removed.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Damage bonus increased to 100% (was 50%).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Now available at level 60 (was 75).
Hotfix (2013-06-10): Blink Strikes now has a 10-yard minimum range, and the teleportation effect cannot happen more than once every 20 seconds.
