Blightblood Trolls are dire trolls created by Overlord Drakuru. They were originally Captured Drakkari Chieftains, but have been infused with Blight, making them more powerful than they ever could have been before. They are seen chained up in the upper level of Voltarus.
Quests
- During the quest
[20-30] Betrayal, they are used against their former master after being manipulated with a 
[Scepter of Domination], in an epic battle on the top of Voltarus.
Abilities
These are the abilities the Blightblood uses when under the control of the Scepter of Domination:
Powerful Strike melee range — A powerful attack that deals 15300 to 20700 Physical damage. (5 sec cooldown)
Concussive Blow melee range — A brutal strike that deals 5000 damage and stuns the opponent for 5 sec. (25 sec cooldown)
Powerful Strike 30 yd range — Heals the Blightblood Troll's controller for 925 every 1 sec. over 5 sec. Note that this heals you, not the troll. (20 sec cooldown)
The buttons 1-3 and 7-9 are the normal combat pet actions as found with a Hunter's or Warlock's pet. You won't need to use those in the fight for [20-30] Betrayal. You can access these abilities from the keyboard by holding CTRL while typing the number.
