Blade Twisting is a Rogue talent located in the 4th tier of the Combat Tree. It gives your damaging melee attacks a 20/40% chance to daze the target, reducing movement speed by 70% for 4/8 seconds.

Patch changes

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): No longer increases damage dealt by Sinister Strike and Backstab. Daze chance changed from fixed 10% to 20% per rank.
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): "Blade Twisting now cause all damaging melee attacks to have a 10% chance to daze for 4/8 seconds, movement speed reduced by 70%, also adds 5/10% dmg to Sinister Strike and Backstab." (Source) Old: Gives all melee damage from the rogue a 10% chance to Daze the target for 4/8 sec, slowing movement speed down by 70%, and giving a 5/15% damage increase to [Sinister Strike] and [Backstab].
Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): The delay on the daze effect has been reduced.
