Black Tars are oozelings located at the Bones of Agurak in Frostfire Ridge. Sometimes it splits into four Black Tars that merge back together afterward. When it falls below 50% HP, it spawns its duplicate Black Tar.
Abilities
Sticky Tar — Splashes tar onto nearby enemies, inflicting Nature damage and slowing movement speed by 15% for 8 sec.
