Black Drakes are black drakes located in the Charred Vale in the Stonetalon Mountains.

This section concerns content related to the Warcraft novels, novellas, or short stories.

At some point, they surrounded Aramar Thorne and his friends passing through the vale. One of them took hold of Makasa Flintwill, however, it was defeated by Sentinels from Thal'darah Overlook while other drakes escaped.
