Bishop DeLavey is a human of the Church of the Holy Light found in the Petitioner's Chamber of Stormwind Keep in Stormwind City.
He represents the church at the King's court, where he handles several affairs in Stormwind Keep.[1] When he learned that a diplomat was sent to Theramore to meet Jaina Proudmoore, but never arrived, he quickly suspected the involvement of the Defias Brotherhood and sent Thomas to contact an adventurer to meet him.[2]
As the diplomat's disappearance still eludes public attention, the bishop decided to use his own contacts to investigate, asking the adventurer to give a letter to the fisherman Jorgen, in order to meet Elling Trias, an information gatherer of the SI:7 and one of his contacts.[3][4]
