Bingham Gadgetspring is a gnome located in the Ruined Reaches of Azshara, from where he and his crew have been a thorn in the side of the local goblins.
According to 
[Purchase Order Receipt], which is addressed to "Mrs. Gadgetspring", Blimo Gadgetspring was eaten by a Cliff Walker and the laxative in Bingham's house was ordered to extract him.
Hobart Grapplehammer will send players to deal with Bingham and his fellow gnomes as a side quest to 
[5-30] Azsharite Experiment Number One. The main thing to be careful of with Gadgetspring is that he will use 
[Explosive Sheep], which can do significant damage.
Abilities
