The Binding Altar is found at [45.2, 48.3] in the Cocyrus in the Maw. Combine an 
[Armored Husk] and the 
[Willing Wolf Soul] to create 
[Feral Shadehound], the penultimate step to acquire the [Bound Shadehound] Maw mount.
