This item is a quest reward from   [60R] Belt of Faith which starts with Father Inigo Montoy in Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Inigo Montoy:

• 8  [Wartorn Cloth Scrap]
• 2  [Arcane Crystal]
• 2  [Mooncloth]

Notes

 [Desecrated Belt] drops off Noth The Plaguebringer, in Naxxramas, Wartorn Cloth Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas,  [Mooncloth] is created by tailors, and  [Arcane Crystal] are found in Rich Thorium Vein, Hakkari Thorium Vein and Ooze Covered Rich Thorium Vein throughout Azeroth.
