Bailiff Conacher is a human quest giver located in the Lakeshire Town Hall in the Redridge Mountains. He is part of the Court of Lakeshire along with Magistrate Solomon.
Background
World of Warcraft
After learning that Morganth had taken up residence in the Tower of Ilgalar, using the Shadowhide Gnoll Clan to perform his biddings, Bailiff Conacher enlisted Alliance adventurers to apply the Law of Lakeshire. Since aiding a criminal of the kingdom of Stormwind is punishable by death, he tasked them to recover Shadowhide pendants, in order to help uphold the justice of the land.[1]
Cataclysm
Following the Cataclysm in Year 28 ADP, after the Everstill murlocs attacked Lakeshire, Bailiff Conacher rewarded adventurers who killed as many of them as possible in response to the bounty.[2] After he received a letter from Commander Althea Ebonlocke pleading for help, Conacher sent adventurers to help the leader of the Night Watch in Duskwood.[3]
Shadowlands
When the Scourge attacked Lakeshire in 35 ADP, Conacher and Magistrate Solomon were discussing the reformation of the town's militia, proposing Ben Howell to be its leader once more.[4] When Verner Osgood alerted them of the undead attack, Solomon ordered Conacher to ring the alarm bell and bring all civilians into the Lakeshire Town Hall.[5] It is likely that he survived the attack.
