Babs Fizzletorque is a gnome quest giver located on the lighthouse island just east of Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh. She also appears during the Fall of Theramore cowering at the lighthouse.
It's likely she survived the Attack on Theramore Isle, as she was far enough away from the explosion.
