Baa'lial Soulstone teaches players how to summon Baa'lial, a demonic goat companion. It drops from Treasure Goblins during the A Greedy Emissary event. Obtaining the pet rewards the 
[Little Lord of Lies] Feat of Strength.
Baa'lial's model is a recolored version of the Baa'l pet. The name is a portmanteau of Baa'l and Belial, the Lord of Lies and one of the four Lesser Evils in the Diablo franchise.
