In the TCG.
Azure Skyrazors are blue drakes found inside the Nexus. They are seen in the Rift where they are fighting arcane wraiths and the like, trying to prevent them from overpowering the dragons' forces. As it is not possible for players to actually fight the Azure Skyrazors, they are merely a cosmetic touch to the environment.
