Avast Ye, Admiral! is a Feat of Strength for completing 
[10-30] Avast Ye, Admiral! and obtaining the 
[Bloodsail Admiral's Hat]. These can only be done after gaining friendly reputation with the Bloodsail Buccaneers and hated reputation with Booty Bay.
The reward is the title of <Bloodsail Admiral>.
