Avarius is an algan located in Nazjatar.
Abilities
Algal Bloom — Heals the caster for an initial 20% of their maximum health and an additional 4% every 1 for 12 sec.
Kelp Holdfast — Summons a coral formation and lashes the player to it with tendrils of tough kelp. The elastic kelp will pull players back to within 10 yards of the coral formation until the coral is destroyed.
