Atheeru Palestar is an ethereal available with Spirit Lodge / Mage Tower.
He lets the player set up two Amperial Constructs with portals in the Garrison area. When you click one portal, you will jump to the other. The constructs can be mounted like vehicles and moved about. The two constructs must have a line of sight for the jump to work however.
