Atal'ai Mistresses are elite jungle trolls found in Zul'Gurub.
Abilities
They cast an AoE Curse of Blood, which increases physical damage taken by 500. Druids or mages should remove it immediately.
Pummel — Pummels an enemy for 45 damage and interrupts the spell being cast for 5 sec.
Snap Kick — Inflicts 875 to 1125 damage to an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.
Thrash — Gives the caster 2 extra attacks.
