The [Huntmaster's Ultimatum] anima power grants this talent for Beast Mastery hunters.

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 3 talent (was a level 50 talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 50 (was 100).
Hotfix (2018-09-10): Now increases the damage of your pets by 20%, down from 30%.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): No longer available to Survival hunters. Redesigned.
Previous effect: Kill Command/Flanking Strike causes an additional effect, based on your pet's Specialization. Ferocity: The target also bleeds for X Physical damage over 6 sec. Tenacity: Your pet also takes 30% reduced damage for 6 sec. Cunning: The target's movement speed is also reduced by 50% for 4 sec.
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Ferocity damage increased by 100% and tenacity damage reduction increased from 15% to 30%.
