Aruuna Mining Cart is found at [81.8, 34.9] at the north end of the lower level of the Aruuna Crystal Mine east of Aruuna in east-central Talador. Loot it for 10-20 of any Draenor ore and 30-40 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the mining cart has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34260))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the mining cart has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
