The Armored Elekk Tusk is found at [41.4, 27.9] just east of the path leading to Gloomshade Grove on the Plains of Serenity in northwest Shadowmoon Valley. A number of Shadowmoon Stalkers are feasting on the elekk's corpse. Chase them off and loot the tusk for the Armored Elekk Tusk item and 10-20 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the armored elekk tusk has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(33869))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the armored elekk tusk has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
