Arathi Book Collection is looted from the Loremaster's Reward[40.03, 51.17] in the Church of the Sacred Flame in Hallowfall, after correctly answering all six of Ryfus Sacredpyr's questions. When used, it causes the player's character to sit down and read at a desk covered in books and scrolls. The effect is broken by movement.
