Arash-ethis is a rare wind serpent found circling in a path southwest of Ruins of Ravenwind and west of Camp Ataya in Feralas.
Abilities
Chain Lightning — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing Nature damage to each.
Shock — Instantly throws a bolt of lightning at an enemy, inflicting Nature damage.
