Apparitions of Fear are two sha elemental located among the packs of trash mobs before the Protectors of the Endless encounter inside the Terrace of Endless Spring. When all of them are defeated along with the Apparitions of Terror the protectors' shield is disabled.
Abilities
Night Terrors — Summons a void that unleashes Night Terrors on the world. 15 yd radius. 2 sec cast.
Overwhelming Fear 40 yd range — Terrorizes an enemy, inflicting 14,400 Shadow damage and fearing them for 10 sec. Limited to 1 target. 2 sec cast. 24,000 damage in non-LFR modes.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2014-10-15): Damage of Apparition of Fear's Unleashed Terror ability has been squished. 
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
