Anthis is one of Conqueror Krenna's loyal bodyguards. After Krenna discovers her sister's actions she challenges her and the Horde adventurers who aided her to a fight in the The Conquest Pit. Krenna is joined by Anthis and Krenna's other bodyguard Sethyel in her fight. At the end of the fight Anthis and Sethyel join Krenna in death.
