Abilities
Blight Eruption — Causes all targets afflicted with Corrupted Blight erupt, inflicting 25 Shadow damage to all players within 10 yards, draining up to 40 Sanity.
Corrupted Blight — Alx'kov the Infested spreads a contagion, inflicting 8 Shadow damage every 2 sec for up to 30 sec.
Lurking Appendage — Cause shadowy tendrils to burst through the ground at a target's location, inflicting 5 Shadow damage and draining 30 Sanity every 1 sec.

- Alx'kov is most likely a reference to Stukov, a character in Starcraft. This is due to the following reasons:
- He is called "the Infested", an epithet Stukov shares.
- One of his arms is much larger, like Stukov's.
- Alx'kov - Stukov. The last three letters are shared.
- His abilities mimic those of Stukov's in Heroes of the Storm.
- His quote "Nowhere is beyond his reach!" is similar to a line Stukov says.
