The Altar of Mam'toth was a temple, located southeast of Zol'maz Stronghold in Zul'Drak,[74.7, 43] dedicated to worshipping Mam'toth, the mammoth god. When Mam'toth learned of his worshipers' plans to sacrifice him to steal his power, he destroyed himself, his temple and all worshipers present, resulting in Mam'toth Crater.[1] All that’s left is a crater crawling with blue ooze, which is what remains of his blood.[2]
Mam'toth's children can be found roaming the area trampling the former disciples.
Following the war against the Jailer, the brothers Bronzebeard visited the altar and reported that the crater was still crawling with his blood.[2]
