Altar of Rhunok.

The Altar of Rhunok is a temple, located east of the Altar of Sseratus in Zul'Drak,[53.4, 36.8] dedicated to worshiping Rhunok, the arctic bear god. The temple is surrounded by expanses of snow, fitting for the polar bear god. When the Drakkari began the sacrifices of their loa, in order to fight against the invading Scourge, Rhunok’s physical form was kept alive by his twisted followers, leaving Rhunok's spirit trapped and tormented; only able to watch. He was eventually released from this imprisonment by adventurers, who ended his suffering.[1]

Notes

  • Only the player is able to see the spirit of Rhunok, whether that's because the player has been working with Har'koa or by Rhunok's choice is unknown.
