Alluvanon is a water elemental located at Alluvanon's Delta in Azsuna.
Shaman players can interact with it to begin a one-time mini-game, where you need to collect 10 bubbles and return them to Alluvanon—while avoiding the sharks. Successfully completing the mini-game will award you 50 Artifact Power, which does not scale with Artifact Knowledge.
