Akkalar

Akkalar is a level 90 elite makrura found on a beach south of Amberfly Bog in the Jade Forest.

Abilities

Earth Shield — Protects the target with an earthen shield, causing melee attacks to heal the shielded target. This effect can only occur once every few seconds. 10 charges. Lasts 10 min.
Power Word: Shield — Wraps an ally in a shield that lasts up to 30 sec., absorbing fixed amount of Physical or magical damage. While the shield holds, spells will not be interrupted by Physical attacks.
Shell Shield — The turtle partially withdraws into its shell, reducing damage taken by 25% for 5 sec.
Water Shield — Casts a bolt of water at the target, dealing Frost damage and increasing spell casting time by 20%.
Water Shield — The caster is surrounded by 3 globes of water. Attacks and spells used against the caster deal Frost damage and slow the attacker's spell casts. 3 charges, lasts 10 min.
