Aetheil is a blood elf located next to the Zen'shiri Trading Post in Orgrimmar alongside her two dogs, Rips and Yuyu.
Trivia
Aetheil is based on designer Jennifer Hauer's World of Warcraft character. Rips and Yuyu are named after Hauer's real-life dogs.[1]
