Context
Aegwynn was the mother of Medivh, and second to last Guardian of Tirisfal. Aegwynn broke tradition, and rather than letting the Order of Tirisfal decide the next Guardian, she defied them and passed the powers of the Guardian of Tirisfall to her son. She felt her judgment was better than that of the Order. Judging by the hesitation before the last word, it would appear that Aegwynn had a somewhat more blunt word in mind...
