Admiral Stonefist is an orc quest giver found on the main ship within the Remains of the Fleet of the Twilight Highlands. He serves as the leader of the Axebite naval forces and is present following the disappearance of Garrosh Hellscream after an attack from the twilight dragonflight.
Stonefist is phased out along with the Remains of the Fleet after 
[30-35] Return to the Highlands. Rok'tar later reveals he was slain fighting on the Twilight Shore.
