Acolyte Galistos is a kyrian located in Bastion. It is revealed that in life he was a tauren, and as a member of the Horde, experienced combat against Alliance soldiers. After being sent to the Shadowlands, he was reborn as a kyrian, but struggled to discard the memories of his past life, comrades, and family. He was first encountered when a Maw Walker came to Bastion seeking an audience with the Archon, which eventually led them to the Temple of Purity where Galistos was undergoing a cleansing ritual with the help of Disciple Helene. The Maw Walker assisted in the process, but Galistos was not able to complete the ritual at that time.[1] Shortly after, the Forsworn attacked the Temple of Purity. Galistos requested the Maw Walker to slay the ascended kyrians among the Forsworn ranks, many of whom had once served the temple, using a spear he gave to them.[2]
Galistos would later be present at the reception that the Archon arranged for the Maw Walker, who had decided to join the Kyrian Covenant, in honor of their efforts against the Maldraxxus incursion in Bastion.[3]
