Acequian is a water elemental located in a cave east of the Life Vault Ruins in the Waking Shores.
Abilities
Rushing Stream — Channels a blast of water into the target, dealing 1 Frost damage every 1 sec and increasing damage dealt by 2% and damage taken by 3% for 15 sec. This effect stacks.
Water Bolt — Launches a watery bolt at the target, inflicting Frost damage.
Whirlpool — Creates a whirlpool, pulling in all players within 15 yards for 6 sec and dealing Frost damage.- Whirlpool — The Whirlpool inflicts 5 Frost damage every 1 sec.
Objective of
