Ace of Portals can be randomly created with the inscription recipe 
[Darkmoon Card]. It can also drop from Darkmaster Gandling in Legacy of Scholomance.
It is combined with the 2 through 8 of Portals to create the 
[Portals Deck]. The deck can be turned in at the Darkmoon Faire to earn the 
[Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether].
