A Dream Within a Dream is a dungeon & raid achievement earned by defeating Nymue, Weaver of the Cycle after successfully collecting 5 Dream Projections while asleep and defeating the Manifested Monarch in Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope on Normal Difficulty or Higher.
This is done by using /sleep during the boss encounter, which will cause the character to do the sleep emote and emerge from their body as a green spectral projection, as happens normally in the outdoor Emerald Dream. Once buffed with 
Dreaming, the Dream Projections become visible. Once all five are interacted with, the Manifested Monarch spawns in the center of the arena, which will constantly emit fast-moving orbs that knockback and damage characters hit.
If the Monarch has been killed, and the encounter is completed, the achievement is awarded.
