A Cataloger's Paradies is the intro for cataloging expeditions in the Dragon Isles. Doc Nanners will run up and offer this quest to players who reach Renown level 8 with the Dragonscale Expedition and have world quests unlocked.

Speak with Cataloger Coralie in the Dragonscale Basecamp.
