These functions are implemented in :GetRGBA FrameXML/Util.lua.

Returns the properties of a ColorMixin.

r, g, b [, a] = color:GetRGBA()
r, g, b = color:GetRGB()

Returns

r, g, b

number - Values between 0 and 1.

a

number?Optional. Could be nil. - Value between 0 and 1, or nil if it was undefined.
